You may request a return or a replacement by mail for most items within 90 days of receiving your order unless otherwise noted by our Return Policy. If you’d like to make an exchange or return a damaged, defective, or broken glass item(s), here’s what you need to know:
For online/BOPIS purchases that are being returned in-store, simply provide your packing slip or the store return slip and we will complete an exchange or merchandise refund for the amount paid to the original form of payment.

1. Please initiate a return here.
2. Select Return or Replace at your local store under How would you like to return it?
3. You will need to present the store return slip on your mobile device or by printing it out.
4. Click here to find if a location near you is open.
- You may access your label through the link provided in your return email, or by visiting Start A Return, where you can enter your order information and click the "Reprint Shipping Label" link above the item(s) you wish to return.

- Comfort Guarantee - Please allow your body 30 days after delivery to adjust to your new mattress. If you are not satisfied, contact our Home Delivery customer service experts at homedelivery@bedbath.com within 120 days of receipt and schedule a one-time reselection under our Comfort Guarantee.
The mattress and/or set must be undamaged, unsoiled, and free of stains with law tags attached. Please note that your delivery fee won't be refunded. A $99 processing/pick-up fee will be charged and the difference in cost between the two mattresses will apply. Each mattress is a custom order and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once submitted for order.If you decide to exchange your mattress, only the purchase price of the mattress will be applied to your exchange.
