We are unable to cancel or modify an order after the 30-minute remorse period. You may refuse delivery with the carrier or start Return Online or In-store. Click here to start the process.
If your order was placed within the last 30 minutes and you want to modify your order, click here to cancel and then replace your order.

- You may request a return or a replacement by mail for most items within 90 days of receiving your order unless otherwise noted by our Return Policy. If you’d like to make an exchange or return a damaged, defective, or broken glass item(s), click here to start the return process.

You have up to 90 days after purchase to exchange or return, unless noted in our exceptions. Just provide your receipt, and we will refund the purchase price to the original form of payment. Purchases made with a gift card will be refunded as Merchandise Credit. You can find our full policy here.
